- 4 dried noodle nests
- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely sliced)
- ½ inch fresh ginger (finely sliced)
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 2 stalks Lemongrass (inner stalks only, finely chopped)
- 2 cups pork fillets (cubed)
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain well.
2.
Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the garlic, ginger and chilli with the lemongrass for a few minutes until golden.
3.
Add the pork and colour over a high heat, then add the sugar and soy and allow to caramelize.
4.
Add the noodles and toss well to heat through.
