300 grams Peas
1 Bell pepper
2 Bell pepper
1 bunch Chives
6 Tbsps tomato puree
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 bunch Basil
2 Tbsps Caper

Preparation steps

Cook gnocchi according to the package directions and add peas to the water 3 minutes the before end of cooking and drain. Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, cut into thick strips, then dice.

Chop the chives and basil finely. Mix gnocchi, peas, peppers, and chives. Stir together the tomato puree, vinegar, oil, and basil. Season with salt and pepper, pour the dressing over the gnocchi and vegetables and chill for 1 hour.  Serve salad in a large bowl, garnished with capers.
