- 150 grams gluten-free Oats (available at health food stores)
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 500 milliliters milk
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 30 grams brown sugar
- 40 grams Pumpkin seed
Preparation steps
1.
Mix oatmeal with sesame seeds.

Bring milk and cream to boil in a pot, stir in oats, and remove from heat. Let soak about 10 minutes.
3.
Divide oatmeal among bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and pumpkin seeds and serve.
