- Ingredients
- 2 kilograms Pork ribs
- 4 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 400 grams green Beans
- Chives
- 2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.
2.
Rinse ribs, pat dry and cut into 2-rib pieces. Whisk maple syrup with vinegar, soy sauce and chili powder. Coat ribs with the marinade and roast in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 1 hour. If ribs brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.
3.
Rinse and dry beans. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain well. Separate into small bundles and tie them with chives. Just before serving, toss in melted butter and salt.
4.
Arrange ribs and beans on plates and serve.
