Glazed Pork Ribs
- For the ribs
- 2 kilograms Spare rib
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 garlic
- 4 tablespoons Orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- vegetable oil (for brushing)
For the ribs: score spareribs and season with salt and pepper.
Peel garlic and squeeze through the press. Combine orange juice with garlic and oil, brush spareribs with the mixture and let marinate for 2 hours.
For the BBQ sauce: combine all ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
Grill spareribs on a not too hot grill for about 30 minutes, turning, Brush often with oil.
Brush ribs with a little barbecue sauce and grill for another 20 minutes, turning. Brush with the sauce often. Cut ribs into serving portions and arrange on plates. Serve.
