- 2 Tbsps Parmesan (grated)
- 4 Scallop
- 1 Tbsp Panko
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

Preheat the grill to hot.

Mix together the wine and the cheese and spread onto the scallops. Season with ground black pepper and sprinkle with the Panko and the parsley.
