- 12 Chicken wing
- 1 Tbsp runny honey
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 ¼ inches fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
- To garnish
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 4 scallions (chopped)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F, gas 5.
2.
Put the chicken wings into an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Mix together the honey, hoisin sauce, garlic and ginger with 3 tbsp water. Rub this mix into the chicken wings and marinate for 15 minutes.
4.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade, until the chicken is cooked and well browned.
5.
Scatter over the sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Garnish with lemon wedges.
