- 2 Peppermint leaf
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsps Cachaça
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Ice cubes
- mint (for decoration)

Preparation steps
1.
Pour the tea, peppermint leaves and ginger in a bowl. Pour in 200 ml (approximately 2 cups) of boiling water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tea through a sieve and chill for about 45 minutes.

Rinse the lemon in hot water, wipe dry and halve. Cut 1/2 of the lemon into slices and squeeze the other half. Mix the tea, cachaca, lemon juice and sugar.
3.
Place ice cubes and lemon slices in glasses. Pour in the tea. Serve garnished with mint.
