1 Cucumber
1 onion
Juice of half lemons

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the seeds of watermelon and dice.

2.

Rinse, trim and chop the strawberries.

3.

Peel cucumber and chop.

4.

Peel and chop onion.

5.

Reserve some of each fruit and vegetable and dice for garnish. Puree the rest finely with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Chill for one hour, season to taste, then pour into glasses and serve garnished with remaining cubes.
