- ¼ tsp ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- 3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse the chilis, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds, and coarsely chop.
2.
Puree the garlic and chili with the spices, oil, and vinegar. If too thick, dilute with a little water. Season to taste, and serve in a bowl.
