- Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large chili pepper (rinsed)
- 4 Cod (each 200 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 milliliters olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Cut chile pepper with seeds into rings.
2.
Season cod with salt and pepper. In a roasting pan, heat about half of olive oil and fry fish cutlets on both sides until crisp. Heat remaining olive oil in a second pan, saute garlic and chile pepper in it and pour over fish cutlets.
3.
Finish cooking fish cutlets in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle fish with olive oil. Heat oil in a frying pan, briefly fry parsley leaves and drain well on paper towels. Serve cod immediately and garnish with parsley. Serve with fresh white bread if desired.
