250 grams Italian sausage
2 slices Bacon
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps olive oil
4 rosemary
freshly ground peppers
150 grams Arugula

Preparation steps

1.

Cook garganelli in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Cut the sausage into coarse pieces and dice the bacon finely. Peel onion and chop. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Fry both in a pan in olive oil. Add bacon, sausage and rosemary. Fry while stirring until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the arugula, remove hard stems and add to the pan with the tomatoes. Drain the garganelli and toss with the sausage mixture. Then transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with Parmesan, if desired.
