- 100 grams Gorgonzola cream sauce
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 head Radicchio
- 1 Lettuce
- 4 Peaches
- 40 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- 3 Tbsps scallions
Preparation steps
1.
Mix gorgonzola in a bowl with yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Puree with an immersion blender, add chopped chives and stir.

Rinse radicchio and lettuce, trim, shake dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Rinse peaches, cut in half, remove pits and cut into thin slices. Rinse sprouts and drain well.
3.
To serve, arrange salad ingredients in bowls and drizzle with yogurt mixture.
