200 grams tender Kale (without stalks)
200 grams carrots
200 grams Apple
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
1 Orange

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the orange, remove all white skins and cut along the inner rind, saving the juice. Squeeze out any residue.

2.

For the dressing: mix the orange juice with sour cream, honey, salt, pepper and sesame oil.

3.

Rinse and peel vegetables. Cut kale into strips, coarsely grate carrots and apples.

4.

Mix shredded vegetables with the dressing and season to taste.

5.

Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and garnish with orange slices.
