1 small Lettuce
300 grams Camembert
300 grams Strawberries
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (low fat)
½ organic lemon
salt

Preparation steps

For the salad, remove the outer leaves from the lettuce, remove the stalk and rinse the leaves. Remove 8 large leaves and line 4 bowls with them. Tear the rest into bite size pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

Rinse and trim the strawberries and cut lengthwise into slices. Cut the chilled Camembert into thin slices and mix both into the salad. Transfer to the 4 bowls.

For the dressing, grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice. Mix both with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salads and serve with fresh white bread if desired.
