boiling water
honey (to taste)

lemon (juice)
To decorate

unwaxed Orange (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Add the tea leaves to the boiling water and pour into a teapot. Leave to stand for 15-20 minutes.
2.
Strain into a jug and stir in the honey until dissolved.
3.
Stir in the orange and lemon juices and chill before serving.
4.
Divide the ice and orange slices between chilled glasses and pour in the tea. Decorate with raspberries.
