Easily make this a non-alcoholic cocktail by omitting the gin and replacing the champagne with sparkling white grape juice.

2 cups honeydew melon (flesh only, chopped)
2 cups Apricot (cut into wedges)
¼ cup gin
½ bunch Basil (chopped)
3 ½ cups Ginger ale
1 bottle cold Champagne
