This delicious summertime cocktail is a good source of nutrients such as vitamin A from the apricots and potassium and vitamin C from the honeydew melon.
Easily make this a non-alcoholic cocktail by omitting the gin and replacing the champagne with sparkling white grape juice.

- 2 cups honeydew melon (flesh only, chopped)
- 2 cups Apricot (cut into wedges)
- ¼ cup gin
- ½ bunch Basil (chopped)
- 3 ½ cups Ginger ale
- 1 bottle cold Champagne
