2 Tbsps liquid honey
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
½ tsp cinnamon
1 lemon (juiced and zested)
1 packet Vanilla sugar
100 grams Raspberries
100 grams Blueberries
75 grams red Currants
75 grams black Currants
4 yellow Plum

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the yogurt with the honey, cream and cinnamon powder.

2.

Combine the lemon juice and zest with the vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix well.

3.

Rinse, trim and drain the berries. Rinse the plums, remove the pits and slice into fine columns. Mix all the fruit with the lemon sugar juice.

4.

Spread the yogurt on a plate and arrange the berries and plums on top. Serve topped with cinnamon.
