- 28 ozs low fat Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 ozs Strawberries
- 2 ozs Raspberries
- 2 ozs Blackberry
- 2 ozs Blueberries
- 1 Kiwi
- fruit sauce
- 2 ozs Strawberries
- 2 ozs Raspberries
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Peel kiwi and cut into slices. Rinse the berries and allow to drain.
2.
Remove the green stems of the strawberries. For the fruit sauce puree strawberries, raspberries and 2 tablespoons water, heat, strain through a sieve and sweeten with powdered sugar.
3.
Combine yogurt with cream and sugar, pour into 4 small bowls. Garnish with the sauce, kiwi and berries.
