1 bottle semi-dry white wine (well chilled)
Lemon balm (for garnish, small leaflets)
Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1.

Peel oranges and lemons with a sharp knife, cut into very small pieces. Peel and quarter apples, remove core and cut crosswise into thin slices.

2.

Rinse raisins and drain. Season and mix with honey. Combine everything with the pistachios in a glass bowl and fill with wine. Serve with ice and garnish with lemon balm.
