Preparation steps
1.
Crush the apples with a potato masher and place the mixture in a towel. Wring the towel out well and catch the juice.
2.
Mix together the juice and the sugar and pour into a bottle. Close tightly and leave to ferment for at least 8 weeks.
3.
After 8 weeks the wine is ready for consumption.
