Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pears, cut into quarters, remove core and cut quarters into columns.

2.

Peel kiwis and cut into cubes. Rinse the grapes, remove stems, cut in half and scoop out the seeds.

3.

Peel one orange with a sharp knife, taking care to remove the white skin. Cut out the orange wedges and cut into pieces. Squeeze the juice of the other orange.

4.

Peel banana and cut into slices. Mix with the other fruits.

5.

Mix orange juice, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey together. Mix with the fruit and serve the fruit salad on a plate.

6.

Mix yogurt with the remaining honey and vanilla and distribute as a sauce over the fruit salad.
