Preparation steps

1.

Heat the chile pepper, star anise, cinnamon, a pinch of pepper, vanilla sugar, apple juice and lemon juice, do not boil.

2.

Rinse the nectarine and plums, cut in half, remove pits and cut into wedges. Pick the berries, rinse and drain. Rinse the grapes.
