- 1 dried, red chili pepper
- 1 Star anise
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 100 milliliters Apple juice
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Nectarine
- 2 Plum
- 100 grams Berry (Heidelberg and raspberries)
- 100 grams blueness Grape (seedless if desired)
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the chile pepper, star anise, cinnamon, a pinch of pepper, vanilla sugar, apple juice and lemon juice, do not boil.
2.
Rinse the nectarine and plums, cut in half, remove pits and cut into wedges. Pick the berries, rinse and drain. Rinse the grapes.
3.
Mix the fruits in a bowl and pour in the marinade. Infuse about 15 minutes and serve in glasses.
