50 milliliters Coconut cream (canned)
4 centiliters white Rum
200 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

For the sauce, mix together the pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, sour cream and powdered sugar. 

2.

Rinse the berries, grapes and gently pat dry.

3.

Peel the apples, quarter, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

4.

Carefully peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Separate the fruit from the membranes into sections.

5.

Mix the salad ingredients together, pour into dessert bowls and top with the pina colada sauce. Serve sprinkle with shredded coconut flakes.
