300 milliliters milk
½ Cinnamon stick
100 grams short grain rice
2 Tbsps sugar
1 pinch salt
For garnish
1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the raisins in warm water for 20 minutes.

Pour the milk with the cinnamon stick in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put in rice, sugar and salt and let soak, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Rinse apples, quarter, cut out core and cut the apple into small cubes. Immediately mix apple cubes with lemon juice.

4.

Strain raisins in a sieve and drain. Remove cinnamon stick from the rice and fold in raisins and apples. To serve, distribute in bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and garnish with mint leaves.
