Preparation steps

Wash and de-stone the plums. Cut in half.
2.
Bring the milk with the sugar and salt to a boil. Add the rice. Bring to a boil again while stirring.
3.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400 F, gas 6.
4.
Pour the rice into a stoneware dish. Sprinkle the raisins over the top and then add the plums. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
5.
Dust with the cinnamon sugar and serve.
