- For the pizza dough
- 3 ½ cups Bread flour
- 1 sachet easy blend Yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- For the topping
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 cup canned Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 can Pineapple (drained)
- 12 slices ham
- 2 red peppers (seeds removed and sliced)
- 1 ½ cups grated Cheese
- thyme (to garnish)

Preparation steps

For the dough, mix together the ingredients with enough warm water to make a soft dough. Knead for 10 minutes on a floured board then place the dough in an oiled bowl and leave in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.

Heat the oven to 220ºC (200ºC fan) 425ºF, gas 7. For the topping, heat the oil in a pan and gently cook the onion until soft but not browned. Add the garlic and the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and let bubble until thickened. Set aside.

Roll the dough into circles and place on a greased baking sheet. Spread over the tomato sauce then scatter over the pineapple, ham, sliced peppers and cheese.
4.
Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve garnished with thyme sprigs.
