yellow carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 12 cups
- Candied cherry (to garnish)
- sugar (for the glasses)
Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Juice the papaya and carrots in a juicer.
Squeeze the oranges well. Add the carrot and papaya juice to the orange juice and blend.
Pour through a fine sieve. Moisten the rims of the glasses with a little juice and dip in sugar.
Pour the juice shake into the glasses, add ice cubes and serve garnished with cherries.
