- 1 coarsely grated Apple
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped Hazelnuts
- 4 Apricot
- 200 milliliters milk
- 100 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
In a bowl, stir the oats with the apple, honey, hazelnuts, milk, yogurt and lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse the apricots, cut in half and remove pits.

Serve the muesli in bowls garnished with the apricots.
