Preparation steps

Beat the yogurt with the honey and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt.

Place the mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions. Alternately, place in a shallow metal tray and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Thaw the frozen yogurt shortly before serving. Place in a piping bag and pipe into a chilled dessert bowl. Serve with chocolate crisp as desired.
