1 small onion
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (low fat)
100 milliliters Whipped cream
1 generous pinch grained Broth
salt

fresh Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the cucumber, slice lengthwise into strips and distribute loosely between 4 bowls. Place the bowls in the freezer for about 30 minutes. 

2.

Meanwhile, chop the onion coarsely and place in a blender with the yogurt and cream. Puree smooth and season with the broth, salt and pepper. Rinse the dill and tear into small pieces. 

3.

Remove the cucumbers from the freezer, pour the yogurt over them and serve garnished with dill.
