75 grams Mini Marshmallow
50 grams butter
100 grams raisins
50 grams coarsely chopped Maraschino cherry
100 grams dried Apricot
100 grams Coconut cookie
cocoa powder (for dusting)
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Grease a round pie dish with butter and line with greased parchment paper. Heat 400 grams (approximately 14 ounces) of chocolate, marshmallows and butter over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until everything is melted.

Coarsely chop the apricots. Mix the apricots, cherries and raisins. Crumble the cookies and mix into the fruit. Spread in the pie dish. Cover with chocolate mixture and smooth. Freeze for about 1 hour.

3.

Melt the remaining chocolate over a hot water bath. Spread over the frozen cake. Freeze for another 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan, dust with cocoa powder and powdered sugar and serve.
