½ tsp grated lemon zest
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 ⅔ cups Champagne
Strawberries (sliced, to garnish)
mint (to garnish)
Whipped cream (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Heat the strawberry juice with the lemon zest, bring the the boil and then leave to cool.

Sieve and then stir in the lemon juice and the champagne. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and place in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes with a fork so that no large ice crystals can form. Freeze for a total of 4 hours.
3.
Arrange the granita in bowls and serve garnished with strawberries, mint leaves and whipped cream.
