- 200 grams Baby corn cob (fresh or canned; well drained)
- 250 grams Thai asparagus (green)
- 100 grams Snow peas
- 50 grams soybean sprout
- 2 chili peppers (red)
- 400 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
- 50 milliliters Sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce (light)
- salt

- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 tsp cilantro (chopped)

- Udon Noodle (cooked)
Preparation steps

Rinse the baby corn, trim, and place in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Blanch. Rinse the asparagus, trim, cut in half or in thirds. Rinse the snow peas and bean sprouts and shake dry. Rinse the chile peppers and cut diagonally into rings, removing the inner skins and seeds.

Mix the shrimp with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate.

Add 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan or wok and sweat the vegetables except the bean sprouts until translucent. Take the vegetables out, heat the remaining oil, and slightly cook the shrimp around over medium heat. Add the vegetables again, briefly brown, then add the bean sprouts. Heat and season with salt and pepper.

Serve together with the noodles on plates.
