- 600 grams Pork
- 200 grams Bacon (smoked, diced)
- 1 onion (sliced into rings)
- 4 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 kilogram potatoes (cooked and peeled)
- salt

- 100 milliliters Beef broth
- vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- garnish
- scallions
- parsley
- 2 Tomatoes

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and sear the pork slices and diced bacon. Add the sliced garlic, onion rings and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the beef broth, cover the pan and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Fry the potato cubes in a pan (best non-stick pan) in hot oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on plates.
Place the pork slices and bacon over the fried potatoes and serve garnished with chives, parsley and tomatoes.
