- 500 grams Pork
- 300 grams Snow peas
- salt
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 300 grams Bamboo shoots (canned or in a jar)
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- light soy sauce
- 1 splash Lime juice
Preparation steps

Rinse the pork and pat dry. Rinse the snow peas and blanch quickly in boiling salted water, then rinse under cold water and drain well. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into fine strips. Rinse the sprouts and drain well.

Rinse the chile, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Heat the chile, garlic and ginger in the wok with a little oil. Add the meat and fry for 1 minute. Add the snow peas, bell pepper and bamboo shoots, then add the honey, sprouts and a little soy sauce and let simmer for 1-2 more minutes. Serve seasoned with soy sauce, lime juice and salt.
