Preparation steps

1.

Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat. Break the eggs, one at a time, and slide into the pan. Make sure the egg doesn't break when adding to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes over low heat, making sure that the bottom doesn't brown.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, transfer to plates, and serve.
