- 24 Date
- 24 almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the bacon in half. Toast the almonds in a frying pan until fragrant. Remove the pit from the dates and fill each with an almond. Wrap in bacon and stick with a toothpick. Peel the garlic and cut in half.

Saute in hot oil and then remove the garlic. Season with freshly ground pepper and arrange on a plate.
