- 12 slices Bacon (bacon)
- 2 rolls Goat cheese ( eahc about 200 grams)
- 24 fresh Date
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- peppers (freshly grated)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut bacon slices in half. Cut goat cheese into 24 equal pieces. Pit dates and fill with a little goat cheese, wrap in bacon slices and secure with toothpicks.

Peel and halve garlic. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic for a little. Remove garlic and saute dates, stirring vigorously. Season with pepper and serve.
