Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce and spinach. Spin dry.

Rinse, trim and slice ​​radishes.

3.

Cut cod fillet into large bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sauté turmeric and curry in 1 tablespoon butter. Add fish fillets and fry on all sides, 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Fry chorizo slices in remaining butter. Remove from pan.
