- 100 grams Romaine lettuce (small leaves)
- 100 grams Spinach
- ½ bunch Radish
- 70 grams Chorizo (Spanish-style, thinly sliced)
- 500 grams Cod
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuce and spinach. Spin dry.
2.
Rinse, trim and slice radishes.
3.
Cut cod fillet into large bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sauté turmeric and curry in 1 tablespoon butter. Add fish fillets and fry on all sides, 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
5.
Fry chorizo slices in remaining butter. Remove from pan.
6.
In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add lettuce, spinach and radish and toss to coat with dressing. Transfer salad to a serving dish and arrange chorizo slices and cod pieces around it.
