- 1 egg
- 125 grams Pastry flour
- 150 milliliters light beer
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

Remove rind from cheese and cut cheese into bite-size cubes.
2.
For the batter, whisk egg in a bowl, add flour and beer, mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper slippery. The dough should not be too thick. If necessary, add more flour or a little beer to reach desired consistency.
3.
Dip cheese cubes in flour, then cover in the batter. Heat oil to 170°C (approximately 350°F). Fry battered cheese cubes in the preheated oil in portions for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4.
Drain on absorbent paper towel and serve while hot.
