- 60 grams Caper (from a jar)
- ½ handful parsley
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 16 small Artichoke
- salt
- 8 garlic cloves
- 200 grams black Olives (pitted)
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the capers and the parsley in a blender. Puree with about 50 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) of olive oil and 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice.

Remove the tops of the artichokes and the outer leaves with a kitchen scissors. Cut in half lengthwise and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook immediately in plenty of boiling water for about 7 minutes. Quench with cold water and drain.

Peel the garlic and drain the olives. Put the remaining olive oil in a pan and sauté the artichokes and garlic for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and mix with the pureed capers. Season with lemon juice and pepper.
