- 16 small Artichoke
- 250 grams Chorizo
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse artichokes, peel outer leaves, cut away hard tips and remove stems. Cut in half and then into thin columns. Cut chorizo into slices and cook along with artichokes in a large, hot skillet in oil for 6-8 minutes until golden brown while stirring. Peel garlic, press and add to pan. Add rosemary during last minute of cooking. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to plates and serve garnished with rosemary.
