- For Salad
- 1 head Boston butter lettuce (leaves)
- 1 head Radicchio
- 1 onion (peeled and sliced)
- 1 red Bell pepper (washed; seeded and diced)
- 3 ripe Tomatoes (rinsed and cut into wedges)
- ½ cup pitted, black nicoise olive
- 1 cup Tuna (drained)
- 4 fresh eggs (hard boiled; peeled and cut into quarters)
- 1 can flat Anchovy fillet (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped, fresh parsley
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- For Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 small shallot (peeled and minced)
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
- ½ cup top-quality olive oil
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the lettuce and radicchio leaves. Arrange all salad ingredients attractively in a large serving bowl. Season with pepper.
