300 grams Blueberries
3 eggs
2 Tbsps sugar
250 milliliters milk
6 slices white bread (day-old)
30 grams soft butter
2 Tbsps Cinnamon sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF).

Rinse the berries and drain well.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and the milk and soak the slices of white bread briefly.

Line a buttered baking dish with half of the bread slices. Shower with berries and top with the remaining bread slices. Dust with cinnamon sugar and distribute the remaining butter on top in small pieces.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Suggestion: Serve with syrup and cream.
