200 grams Green beans
200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as oakleaf, sorrel, Lollo rosso)
4 eggs
60 grams caperberry
200 grams Tuna Can (in its own juice)
100 grams black Olives (pitted)
4 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and blanch the green beans in boiling and salted water for about 6 minutes. Drain well. Rinse and spin dry the lettuce, chopping the leaves smaller as needed.

2.

Har-boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Peel and quarter. Drain the capers. Drain and pull apart the tuna.

3.

Fill small bowls with all the prepared ingredients. Combine the vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle and serve over salad.
