- 2 cans Tuna (natural)
- 150 grams Bean sprout
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 white onions
- 150 grams lamb's lettuce
- 150 Feta
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the tuna and break apart.
2.
Rinse the sprouts under running water.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
4.
Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.
5.
Rinse the lettuce and spin dry.
6.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
7.
Mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Mix with the salad ingredients.
Serve in a bowl.
