500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 Vanilla bean
5 Kiwi

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries only if necessary, because they'll lose their juice and absorb water. Mix the fruit with the lemon juice, slit vanilla pot, and the jam sugar. Crush lightly with a potato masher, and let rest for 30 minutes.

Peel and thinly slice the kiwi. Add to the berry mixture.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat, and remove the vanilla bean. Fill the hot prepared jars to the brim, and seal immediately. Cool completely.
