5 Cardamom (crushed)
2 Cinnamon stick (broken)
sugar (to taste)
2 Tbsps black Tea leaf
1 tsp ground ginger
To decorate

Preparation steps

1.
Pour the milk into a pan and add the cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, sugar, tea leaves and ginger.
2.
Heat gently and bring to a simmer. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
3.
Strain into a jug and, using an electric milk frother, steam the milk until thick and foamy.
4.
Pour into glasses and spoon the foam on top. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
