- 300 grams Plum brandy
- 300 grams rinsed Cherries (stoned)
- 500 grams Extra-gelling sugar (3:1 ratio)
- 1 lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

Rinse all of the fruit, remove the stones, and cut into small pieces. Mix the fruit with the jam sugar in a saucepan. Mix in the lemon juice, set aside, and let stand for 2 hours to create some juice. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, until the jam begins to thicken.

Fill the prepared screw-top jars to the brim with the hot jam. Seal tightly, then turn upside down for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Turn right side up and cool completely.
